This OCR connects directly with External Education in Campus Solutions for reading transcript data into the External Education tables. It was super easy to implement and the customer service is excellent. It's intuitive, we had it up and people using in about 2 hours. Our staff loves it.

This is a complex product that takes a lot of training to become proficient at forms building. It has good capabilities but does take a joint effort between IT and functional techs to launch forms. We like being able to create forms within PeopleSoft that pulls data into the form from PeopleSoft and allows routing and approval all within PS.
