We engaged Huron to assist us with developing a BI and Analytics strategy for our institution. While they offered good insights, it felt like the method was totally canned, and it became like a fill-in-the-blanks effort where all roads led to the same recommendations. Was it useful? Yes, to an extent, but I can't help feeling that opportunities were missed. For the cost, we expected more. I would recommend, but with reservations.
