While it does have a learning curve, especially for those without any query experience, it's an excellent tool for users with some technical background. Expect to go through the training more than once and build a few forms before becoming fully comfortable—but once you do, it becomes an efficient and versatile tool.

This is a complex product that takes a lot of training to become proficient at forms building. It has good capabilities but does take a joint effort between IT and functional techs to launch forms. We like being able to create forms within PeopleSoft that pulls data into the form from PeopleSoft and allows routing and approval all within PS.
