We are currently in the process of transitioning to Workday Student Cloud from our on-premises SIS. We've been using Workday HR and payment management for many years. There has definitely been marked improvement in the products being offered. There are still some problems we're seeing with some basic things, like the lack of an intuitive way to find things without knowing exactly what words to search for. We have also noticed that the Workday implementation trainers seem to be lacking in the depth and breadth of knowledge needed to be as helpful as they should be. We did hire a third-party implementation company, and they are doing a good job so far, but it's frustrating and challenging when Workday provides trainings and cannot answer basic questions and refer us to our implementation partner instead. The price for the overall solution itself is okay, but the pricing for the training is very excessive.
I am new to Workday as a Enterprise Report Writer/Admin so I am still learning about the application and company.
